Service 01 • Individual Consult
One-on-one work for the person behind the pressure.
Confidential individual sessions to slow down the noise, understand what is actually happening, and build a practical path forward — emotionally, relationally, and professionally.

Common questions
Honest answers before you reach out.
Is this therapy or coaching?+
Both options exist. We determine which is appropriate during the initial consultation. Mental health services are available where clinically appropriate; coaching is available for goal-oriented work outside a clinical scope.
How often will we meet?+
Typically weekly to start, then spaced as the work progresses. Cadence is set with you, not imposed.
Do you offer virtual sessions?+
Yes. Many clients meet virtually for flexibility. In-person is also available.
What if I don't know where to start?+
Most people don't. Showing up is the start. We figure out the focus together.
